A lot has been written about how to do coaching. Much of this is about what we need to do in the room to help someone else move forward. Artful coaching is not about doing more or better, nor about more or slicker techniques.
Once you have technical skill in coaching, the next step is being more courageous, tolerating not knowing, stopping trying to win, being vulnerable and humble.
Lucia will share some stories about the key human qualities we need to cultivate to be a more artful coach and how she worked on herself to grow them before helping others.

Lucia Baldelli is a ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC), a Certified Enterprise & Team Coach in the Agile space and co-author of the Amazon best seller “The Human Behind the Coach”. Lucia is a passionate coach dedicated to guiding individuals and teams towards their idea of success and beyond. She empowers coaches and leaders to maximize their impact, viewing every interaction as an opportunity for personal and collective growth.
Her extensive training includes Supervision and Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC). Italian by origin, Lucia is fluent in English and Spanish. Having spent eight years in Gibraltar, she brings a unique perspective shaped by diverse cultural experiences. With a career spanning two decades, she has coached organizations from over 18 countries, leaving a lasting impact on hundreds of coaches and leaders. Outside of work, Lucia finds fulfillment as a wife and mother of two teenagers.
