In this experiential session, we’ll explore how the arc of three ICF Core Competencies—Listens Actively, Evokes Awareness, and Facilitates Client Growth—supports you in trusting the client, yourself, and the coaching process. This arc invites the coach to surrender to the moment and center on the WHO—the human in front of you—their identity, beliefs, emotions, and unique essence.In celebration of ICF’s International Coaching Week and ICF NYC’s theme, “NYC: Nurture Your Coaching,” this special session is designed to help you relax into the core competency arc to create more ease, flow, and confidence in your coaching.
Purpose:
Experience MCC coaches coaching real clients to develop your active listening skills and expand your fluency of coaching competencies.

Speaker Bios:
Sophia Casey is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) credentialed by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
