Abby Yanow has been an Executive Coach for 12 years and an Organizational Development consultant for 20 years. She has coached physician leaders and nurse managers, managers and executive directors in non-profit organizations and education, working with them on interpersonal skills, increasing their influence and leading change. Abby also helps leadership teams increase their confidence in their ability to engage in difficult conversations.
