Managing Spaghetti Sessions

Spaghetti plate It's summer! So let's meet at Sumner Blvd for this month's Cutting Edge Conversation. We'll twist our fork around managing spaghetti sessions with our clients. What do we do when we have a client that's all over the plate, with a hundred tangents in one conversation? How do we clearly identify the topic for coaching, and then help them stay on topic to promote transformation? How do we keep ourselves from getting swirled around the fork in the session as well?
