I'm sure we all know companies for whom we'd like to throw a penalty flag for encroachment, and yet if we don't tell people we offer coaching, how will they know? We need to let the fans know that having a coach on their team improves performance, ability, self confidence, outcomes and more, yet when is too much, too much?

Thursday night, you bring the opinions and ideas, and we'll bring a referee. Nothing like a rousing game of verbal toss to conclude that everyone is a winner.
