This session explores the hidden patterns behind self-silencing and how they impact a client’s ability to express their needs, boundaries, and truth. Through the V.O.I.C.E. framework, participants will learn how to recognize the internal beliefs and fears that keep clients from speaking up, and how to support the shift from self-abandonment to self-trust. This approach integrates awareness, reflection, and practical application to help clients access their authentic voice and create more aligned choices.
