Play First, Plan Later:
A Creative Exploration of What Matters Most
A Pre-Conference Creativity Workshop for Coaches
Coaches spend their days helping others get clear on values and purpose — how often do we turn that same attention on ourselves? This hands-on workshop trades analysis for building, painting, and making. Using LEGO bricks, paint, markers, and canvas, we'll surface what's buried under professional habit: the values and truths that shape how we actually want to live and work. Build your ideal week. Paint what "enough" feels like. There's no "right" way to do it — that's the point. When we bypass the analytical mind, something more honest tends to show up.
We'll move through individual creation, quiet reflection, and small-group sharing, closing with one concrete shift to carry into your coaching practice and personal life.
No artistic skill required — just curiosity and a willingness to play.
