Speakers: Cole Baker-Bagwell, Ronda Bowman, and Kimberly Boyd
As change becomes a constant rather than an event, organizations need more than effective approaches for implementing individual changes—they need leaders, teams, and employees who can continually adapt, learn, navigate uncertainty, and build resilience.
The Raleigh Chapter of ICF is delighted to partner with ACMP to host a relevant and valuable discussion centered around how organizations can build the capacity to thrive in an environment of continuous change.
This forward-looking panel discussion explores what could emerge when the complementary strengths of coaching and organizational change management come together as a more integrated capability.
