Think about your very first concert… in that split second, you have activated your entire brain. Neuroscience has confirmed for years the power of music in our brains. As coaches, what helps us leverage music as a powerful coaching modality, as we do with Somatics? Come to a highly experiential workshop to explore music in your own life and in coaching. You will walk away with a new appreciation of how powerful music is in coaching, some simple practices to use, some stories from favorite bands, playlists of songs to support you, and … a lot of fun together! The workshop is based on recent ICF Converge Workshops in Paris and San Diego. We will be led by Mark House, an active member of the ICF community, and Craig Honeycutt – a recording artist and now a Coach… from right here in North Carolina!
Your assignment: Come prepared to share a song and artist that is meaningful to you, along with that First Concert experience.
