Coaching Teams

Team coaching can be a powerful experience, both for the team and the coach. Beth will share her coaching approach to team development and some of the positive impacts coaching can have on a team's creativity, productivity and goal achievement.

Participants will learn:
  • The distinctions between team coaching and facilitation, team building and coaching a group
  • How relationship systems coaching can transform a team
  • Three techniques used in team coaching
  • Most common pitfalls and how to avoid them
Beth has over 35 years of rich and diverse leadership experience, including an early career in the military, packaged goods brand management, and strategic and organizational effectiveness consulting.

Since 2001, she has been coaching leaders and teams toward reaching their full potential and realizing their visions.  Her clients include Easter Seals UCP NC & VA, Novo Nordisk US, RTI International and GKN Driveline, among many others. Beth has an MBA, as well as an MS in Industrial Psychology. She also holds the PCC, CPCC and Tilt Coach certifications.
