2/27 Cutting Edge Conversation: "What is uncomfortable for you? The learning from uncomfortable coaching situations"

“Mistakes are the growing pains of wisdom.” --William G. Jordan

Come meet other coaches at the end of your work day and relax as you engage in dialogue on a current coaching challenge.  Every month we will be focusing on a hot topic for lively discussion. The hot topic for this meeting is "What is uncomfortable for you? The learning from uncomfortable coaching situations".

You can only grow if you are willing to feel awkward and uncomfortable when you try something new or move out of your comfort zone. What makes you feel uncomfortable? What is your learning from being in uncomfortable situations or coaching your clients around this topic? Let’s all grow by sharing our challenging coaching situations and working through our discomfort together.

We invite you to bring tools you are using with your clients to share with the group.

Beth Livingstone, Personality Type Coach and one of our chapter coaches will facilitate this conversation that will be held in a private room at Bull City Coworking in Durham, directly next door to Parker & Otis. You can bring refreshments over from Parker & Otis which has a large selection of delicious food and beverages!
