Come meet other coaches at the end of your work day and relax as you engage in dialogue on a current coaching challenge.  Every month we will be focusing on a hot topic for lively discussion. 

This presupposition is taken from the work and philosophy of the renowned Twentieth Century family therapist, Virginia Satir, who allowed Richard Bandler and John Grinder, the original creators of Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP), to directly observe and model her at work with a number of her most challenging clients.

Of all the NLP presuppositions, this one is perhaps the most frequently misunderstood and initially objected to because it forces us to gain a higher level of awareness, one that might be outside of our own comfort zone.

How may we consider this presupposition in our own personal development? How may we consider this while working with our clients?
