Coaching through Diversity and Differences

On May 15-21 ICF and our chapter will celebrate International Coaching week. This is the time where we celebrate our profession and allow others to join us in the conversation about coaching.

This year our chapter's leadership team chose for the first time the values that are important to our chapter. One of the values was Diversity and respect to the different/differences.

In this conversation, we will discuss our learning moments and challenges when we work with clients who look at the world through a different lens than ours or communicate and/or behave in a way that is foreign to us due to culture differences, race, religion and gender.

We will share the limiting thoughts that get in our way with these clients and will share tools that help us move forward to serve our clients.
