How do we help our clients stop reactivity patterns that are sabotaging their progress? We all know that self awareness, self regulation and resilience are keys to emotional intelligence, but it can sometimes be hard to find concrete ways to help our clients cultivate those skills. Anna will share information on HeartMath: a research validated method for increasing personal emotional regulation, resilience and recovery. We’ll do a sample practice and have an open discussion about the impact of the practice in client situations and for self management.
