The Art of Consciously Creating the Life...or Business...of Your Dreams

We are charged with the role of supporting our clients as they move from where they are to where they want to be. This occurs whether we are a Life Coach focusing on life skills or an Executive Coach focusing on business success. Frequently, we may observe with compassion as our clients dream about success, struggle hard to achieve it, only to miss that moment at the top of their own majestic mountains.
In this presentation, Susan Westbrook will share the nuts and bolts of “Reality Creation,” which is the process of creating real life results from dreams and desires. Learn about the integrated “Successive Success Model” (SSM) that marries the traditional coaching processes of visioning and action plans with the deep personal inner work of resolving old stories and paradoxes.
Participants will playfully grow their current dreams and explore the raw materials, tools, and energies of Reality Creation. They will gain concrete knowledge on how to integrate Reality Creation into their own work with clients, in order to support their clients in achieving their dreams.
At the end of this fast-paced, interactive workshop, participants will have:
- A clear understanding of why clients’ dreams are the key to their continuing success
- New strategies for responding to clients’ limiting beliefs
- The foundational raw materials, tools, and energies of Reality Creation
- An understanding of how to align the SSM Model with Reality Creation for replicable results
About the Presenter
Susan L. Westbrook, Ph.D. is a researcher, author, and coach whose passion is supporting her clients’ conscious creation of the lives and businesses they dream about.
During her 30-year career as an educator and University Professor, Susan helped design better teaching and learning environments for hundreds of students and teachers and founded and directed an NC charter high school for at-risk students. Described as a “gifted life coach, mentor, and teacher” and “lighthouse,” Susan has spent the past 13 years working as a CTI-trained coach and Reiki Master. Through her newly-formed collaborative, the Small Fish Business Group, Susan provides coaching and support for women over 50 to create businesses and legacies that will provide financial stability for their later years.
Susan is the author of The Five Tibetans Yoga Workshop: Tone Your Body and Transform Your Life (2014) and is currently completing her second book, The Movement of More: The Art of Consciously Creating the Life of Your Dreams...after Anything (2019).
