ICF - RALEIGH
2020-21 STRATEGY MEETINGS

It's that time of year when the ICF-Raleigh leadership team reviews the programs and progress made so far for the year and begins planning for next year.

ICF-Raleigh values your input and wants you to be part of our success.  Please join us for one or all of the strategy meetings.  All meetings will be held on Wednesdays from 10:00am-12:00pm.  There is no fee to participate, but we do request that you register to ensure you receive the Zoom link.  When registering, please indicate which session(s) you want to participate in.

PROGRAMS COMMITTEE (August 12)
Create programming that is aligned with the board vision and mission and draws coaches to ICF-Raleigh for membership, continuing education, networking, and fellowship.  Programs will deliver education, reinforcement of skills, and create a place of community for the sharing of ideas, experiences, and resources.

BUSINESS, EDUCATIONAL, and NONPROFIT LIAISON (August 19)
Ensure that local businesses, educational institutions, and nonprofits will connect with professional coaches from our Chapter to meet their needs. The Committee strives to support professional coaches to develop and sustain vibrant and thriving coaching practices by connecting them to the business needs of our local community.

MEMBERSHIP (August 26)
The Membership Committee is the key group that embraces, engages, empowers, and provides information to Chapter members/prospective members/guests in the chapter.  The Committee develops and implements strategies to maintain and grow membership, welcome and orient new members, engage and retain current members, and educate guests on how to become members.

COMMUNICATIONS (September 2)
Communications' role is to stimulate members' interest and engage in ICF-Raleigh by sharing pertinent news about programs, events, chapter awards, etc.  The Committee solicits, develops, and distributes informational updates to the ICF chapter members, utilizes social media to align chapter messages virtually, and develops and distributes press releases about newsworthy chapter events.
